Joelle started practicing Hot Yoga as a means to get back in shape after she delivered her 2nd child in 2012. That turned out to be a disciplined routine to keep fit after attaining ideal weight consequently became her passion for next six years. Currently she is a certified yoga teacher. She has been actively teaching since she graduated. Her clear and precise instructions and well planed sequence to guide her students into yoga poses are well liked by her students. Joelle believes a yogi should truly explore what is beneficial (beyond yoga poses) to further improve one’s goal in yoga.
