A few years back, she was being introduced to try yoga for a change to prevent those sports injuries. Then she started practicing yoga in year 2012 with the simple desire to relieve stress, posture correction and to prevent injuries. She was being introduced to Ashtanga yoga and wall rope yoga in a boutique studio and it quickly got her hooked. As she progress in her practice, she started to see improvement in her posture and have also become a happier person.
With the desire to pursue her passion in Yoga, she completed 200hr Teacher’s Training Course at Tirisula Yoga & Certification of Yoga Therapy with Union Yoga Aryurveda Singapore. She also attended several workshops with various instructors and benefitted from their sharing sessions.
Hazel is currently a freelance yoga teacher. She hopes to be able to share the benefits and joy of yoga to everyone who practices with her. The experience on the mat is an adventure and it is a lifelong discovery!
