Yoga Teacher

Yoga has become a way of life for Fern since she qualified as a registered yoga teacher (RYT200) in Aug 2013. Through the practise of yoga and pranayama (yogic breathing), Fern was able to gain greater self-awareness and balance in life, which helps her to deal with the high stress of the corporate job that she was holding. The additional benefits of alleviating her back and neck ailments caused by the extended hours of working in the office further deepened her passion for yoga. Her corporate background also led her to empathise with the stress and ailments of office workers, which led her to take an active interest in teaching yoga to these students. Fern enjoys teaching yoga to private and corporate students, whereby she conducts classes in a fun and enjoyable manner, communicating effectively in both English and Mandarin.
