Charlene Loh, she is a cancer survivor. In October 2014, Charlene was diagnosed with ovarian and neuroendocrine cancer and went through a series of operation and treatment. She gave birth to a miracle baby on 2016. During the road of recovery, she was introduced to yoga practice. After her first class of yoga, she felt her mind was so peace while doing the yoga asanas. She learns how to breath and let her body and mind to flow with the situation. Yoga helps her to calm her mind, increase flexibility and bring her a new direction in life. Her yoga journey is officially started when she took up a 200 hours Teacher Training Course. Yoga has become part of her life, she is practicing yoga everyday and it is her passion rather than just a job! As a newly certified yoga teacher, her aim is to teach her students to find their mind, soul and body on the mat, while step off the mat, they are refreshed and balance. Charlene strongly believe that it is never too late or too old to roll out your mat and stretch again. Yoga is for everyone!
